MAXIMUM $AVING OF FAT DOLLARS IS POSSIBLE ONLY WITH ReNu TYPE FILTERING
Repeated field and laboratory tests prove that cooking fats and oils must be cleansed frequently to the greatest possible extent in order to reduce costly additions of new shortening in deep frying operations.  Burnt food particles down to the tiniest micron sizes must be reduced to a minimum along with destructive moisture and the free, fatty acids.  Such a degree of cleansing cannot be accomplished with filter paper alone.  ReNu type filtration with its highly efficient two component filter bed will produce the necessary degree of purification.
