Shipping & Handling

In Stock orders will be shipped out on Monday, Wednesday or Friday when ordered prior to 2:00 p.m. ET.

Most orders will ship via UPS Ground with expected delivery in 4-5 working days.
UPS offers Next Day Air Service (Guaranteed Overnight by 10:30 a.m.) and 2nd Day Air Service
(Guaranteed Two-Day by Noon).  These are at customer's request only.

Machines and Large Quantity Orders Ship Via Truck Only.  Vac Filter Inc will be using Yellow Freight or American Freight, unless otherwise indicated by customer.

Returns/Credits

Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-275-6928 for return authorization.  Please be advised that there is a 15% restocking fee on any item returned to our warehouse.  Customers will be issued a full credit (less the 15%) upon receipt of returned merchandise.
